Nice!

Remember that thread ...M5 vs M3 ...1/4 mi? I suck!!!

Inexperience + Cold slicks + lots of wheelspin = 17 sec .... I got it down to low 14s after some more runs. After getting some advice, I now know not to dump the clutch. 60 ft times are almost 3 sec!

Next year it'll be better....

Probably.... But I'm learning. My road course lap times are improving. Last year I couldn't break 1:30... this year 1:23....

alex here havent been on for a while, but I have allot parts for e39 540i thrust arm bushings fuel pump mass air flow sensor new in the box remapped for quick response also have winter tires used one season p235/45r17 v rated, many other parts contact me at 647-236-5120 Im also a technician working on bmw for 20 years, have had every model ever made but e39 and e34 are my favourite. thanks also have my own scanner if anyone needs emergency work done I can come to you, etobicoke mississauga area .......

Mine got in an accident a couple of days ago. A distracted driver did not see me and t-boned me even after I stopped and honked to get his attention. He only saw me after he hit my car.

So here are few pictures as a tribute to a car I loved.

Got into an accident on the 10th of Jan(not at fault)
- insurance deemed it totaled today(is if there was a chance of fixing this lol)
I am on the hunt for another 540i/6.

Hey, man. I am sorry for your loss. I know the feeling.

There is a 2002 540i but automatic (sport trim), I don't know if something like this interests you. It has a relatively low mileage and I am considering it.

How bad is the V8 engine on these cars? You had one, so if you can share your experience that would be great.
