yea theres the bolts on the top which you can see there are two more in side the front wheel well you have to take out the plastic peices to get to them
and yes you have to take off the bumper because the german engineers thought it would be funny to add 2 torque screws upside down under the bumper which are impossible to take off without removing the bumper

good luck

you also might want to start working on your swearing now cause sometimes those torque bolts under the front bumper can be real tight

I remember sitting on the ground with my feet planted to the ground 3/4 drive wratchet and watching it bend I was pulling on it so hard

The fun part about the upside down bolt is. When you try to pry it off, the torx head drops down and causes you either to smack your hand on the car or strip the bolt.

there are 3 or 4 torques type bolts ( 15 star) looking bolts on the bootom side of the bumper if you get under the car you will be able to see them un bolt those then a little jiggleing the bumper should come off.

thanx a lot maverick!
the reason im asking all these questions, is that my car currently is getting all the small rust bubbles removed from every where, and since my hood/and poassenger fender are a complete lost, i went out and bought them, to replace them as a whole.....
