Want to get rid of bumpers

Own a 528. Any way to get rid of big nasty bumpers easily? (European models?) Otherwise I am going to have chop it off and mold on an E30 front and rear and make new supports underneath and all that crap.

Thanks guys. Was wondering also if the e30 bumpers would fit (as far as dimensionally) I can chop and fabe the steel underneath, but not the fiberglass.

no clue you would have to try it out, if your willing to spend the time and chop e30 units theres no reason why you cant make them fit. if im not mistaken ive seen a e21 with e36 bumpers in Performance BMW mag before, so anything is possible

I can do steel work, I can't do fiberglass so I was hoping it was a really damn close fit.

why dont u try getting the measurements at the dealer if theyre close u cut a e30 bumper in the half mount the sections on the car
on side on each side
the get a little plate to hold them together then just fill in the section with lon stran fiberglass!

*warning i shall not be responsible if anything goes wrong*
