Recommend a good insurance company please

I am currently with TD
I would normally keep my BMW on fire and theft only during the winter and drive my beater. Today i called to put my beater on fire and theft and put full coverage on the bmw... well TD no longer only offers fire and theft. They want me to pay full for both cars and they will give me a small refund since one will be suspend (#16,17). Therefore my insurance will be double because of this.

So i need a new insurance company that will
1. Offer just fire and theft
2. Give a alumni group discount
3. Offers agreed upon value

Co-Operators allow you to remove liability during the winter on a undriven car. I've done it for years. Just a phone call to add or remove the insurance. They'll email or fax a temporary slip to use until the hard copy comes in the mail.

Points #2 & 3....not sure.
