Gear problems

Hi, I just want to know if this is normal or not.

When I leave with my bmw 325i 94 after I haven't used it for 3-4 hours, my first and second gear grind a bit. Like let's say I get to a stop, I have to stay on neutral for at least 5-10 seconds to be able to put it in 1st gear(not to start in 1st but just to put the manual stick to 1st), if I try I'll hear a grind. Then from 1st to 2nd, there is a minimal grind.

After that 5 to 10 minutes, once everything is heated up, the gears goes in perfectly fine without the wainting.

Try checking your fluid level, or change the fluid to something good like Redline.
