Unhappy Rest in Peace - Hardeep Sidhu aka 740-iLL

It's with a very heavy heart this morning that I'm sharing this horrible news. Hardeep Sidhu aka 740-iLL, a beloved man in the community and one of our oldest and dearest MaXBimmer members, has tragically passed away at the young age of 32.

I realize that people are always portrayed as saints post-humously, but this is an instance where we have lost a truly amazing human being. I had the privilege of knowing Hardeep for over 10 years and in that entire time, he has only ever been a positive and genuinely kind hearted individual. Not once had I seen him speak ill of any one or any thing, nor any one say a single negative thing about him. And I'm sure many of us who had met him would agree. It is absolutely devastating that he has been taken so soon.

Some of you may remember him by his massive grin driving his pristine E38 at MaxBimmer events (I mean who else would autocross an extended wheelbase 7 series?!), always leisurely participating with us, always pushing a positive vibe no matter the situation.

Hardeep was truly a kind soul, the type the our society desperately needs more than ever. It's extremely unfair that the world lost a gem of a person yesterday.

Rest in peace, brother. Til we meet again.

The community has lost a real OG. I had the pleasure of knowing him for many years, and are truly out of works. Being an E38 fanatic, he was known world wide, and LOVED BY SO MANY. The BMW community lost a great member, but more importantly we have lost a great friend! RIP brother.

Fil called me up this morning to let me know of this tragic news. Felt surreal hearing about it, to be honest.

Hardeep was a true OG in the BMW community, and had been an active member on here since day one. Many of us knew him as a great friend beyond the forums, which speaks volumes on the kind of person that he truly was.

My deepest condolences go out to his family, and close friends. RIP Hardeep.

My condolences to his family and friends. Hardeep was truly an amazing guy with always a smile on his face. We always talked bikes even though we had bimmers. A true OG max member from the get go. Rest in peace brother

My condolences, I just heard about this from Fil as well. I always knew him as the 7 series Godfather and he represented them with a passion. May he rest in peace.
