trading my E60, should I keep the snows or regular tires to see privately?

I am looking at trading my 2008 E60. I don't believe that I'll get much additional value by including both sets of rims/tires, so looking to determine which set would be better to keep, to sell later. Both sets are OEM rims and both sets of tires are good. Both have TPMS.

Any thoughts?

Sell the snows separately. They technically never came with car, no reason to include them if you don't want to.
