N63 Engine

Some info to share. I drive a 2011 750ixDrive. Car runs awesome except developed the dreaded blue smoke after idling. Took it to BMW Toronto and they wanted 22k to replace the engine and even if my third party warranty covered it they would not allow the work to be done. So off to BIMMEX in Markham. What a difference. Handled my warrant claim no problem and had the car back running like new in Qi days. Only real out of pocket was the walnut shell blasting on the intake and exhaust manifolds for 2 k. Car runs like new. I spoke with BMW Canada and there will be no engine replacement for N63 cars up here unlike in the USA. BIMMEX did a great job and after service sales hundred times better than the arrogant gang at BMW Toronto.
