z4 2008 3.0si advice

I took the above for test drive and has around 68k miles on it. The issue is the damage in carproof that shows close to $19k for the rear end on 2 separate occasions at $9k and another 2 yrs later for $10k same rear end. When I looked at it, didn't see anything wrong with it. Rode fine..but that damage has me concerned.

should i just pass? even mileage a bit high.

That thing will have extremely tough resale with 3 separate double digit claims.

I wouldn't touch it unless you plan on running it into the ground and if it's a cheap buy.
