I think there are plenty of them. One good place to check out is Zorro muffler in Mississauga. They are on Dundas St. Forgot exactly what the main intersection is though.

They have lots of good tips.

noyzboyz sells them here in scarborough
they're by MagnaFlow.
They're more expensive than the ones by ractive, but they're much better quality. Noyzboyz can install it for you and you can drive out with the new exhaust in about 20mins of showing up at their shop usually =)

i believe they're somewhere around danforth and kennedy rd. check the phone book.

they're not too expensive, I'd say they're pretty average. Seeing as you only pay for 1hour of labour or less usually. The muffler I bought was about $300 new, but i'm sure they've come down in price since it was part of magnaflow's new lineup at the time. They will also let you try out all their mufflers as well before you make a purchase. I must have gone through 8 mufflers before I chose this one as beeing the best sounding for the most reasonable price.
I'm definately going back to them to get my next e36's exhaust work done....but what it's going to look like will be a surprise =)
