e36 radiator in an e30?

I was wondering if anyone had ever used an e36 radiator in the early e30s? I know it can be done but was wondering aobut the specifics.

Well, was gonna put a larger engine in it and mine has a busted top tank and none of the shops around here can order the tank so I am gonna have ot buy a new one so I figured I would need a bigger radiator to handle the m50 for example.

The point is that mine is busted and I cannont find anywhere to oreder the top tank to reapair it. Also I figured that the m50 for example would need the larger radiator.

The m50 rads are also 1/2 the price, I think on the earlyer cars wou may need to replace the coolant reservoir (from a 320?) and you will need hoses from an e30 or e36 325.

I live in Georgia, of the US, most of the people aorund here have have the IQ of a rock.

I can get the e30 318i radiator for 143 new, the e36 325 rad for 190. Can anyone get it cheaper?

with the e36 rad, you need the later cooling system, 88-on so i would stay with the 318i rad.
