FS: 1990 Euro spec M5

Due to upcoming move to US for work I will be selling my '90 M5. It cannot be imported into the US unless it goes through the federalization process (about $10k US)

Imported from Germany in July '06
It is still on the customs form and needs the PST paid
Will sell as is or cert & e-tested

Specs:

Built 01/90, Macao Blue, full leather incl consoles, all power option, AC (works), 148,xxxkm, 5spd, sunroof
New clutch/rad/waterpump/rad fan and clutch/tires/brakes/windshield
Fresh oil change with Agip 10W60 synthetic done today Sept 26.

Mods:

H&R springs, Hella smoked headlights with HID's, 17" AC Schnitzer rims, smoked turns/corners, clear/red tails, short shift kit, G-power exhaust and chip (unknown), momo wheel, Alpine CD/MP3

Bad: One inner high beam lens is broken (but replacement is on it's way from Germany and will be included with the sale of the car).

Price fully certified and e-tested and I register it in my name first - $14500obo

As is - $13000obo (would need e-test, cert and you pay PST on $5k CDN - stated value on customs form)

OR $12300FIRM if you take it by Sat. Sept 30, 2006

It is on a 10 day trip permit that expires on Sat. as does the temp. insurance.

Please note the $1500 would cover me paying tax/plates/sticker/cert/e-test and my time which is at a premium due to having to arrange the entire move process while still working full time.
Car needs nothing to cert and will be emission tested to 1980 standards because it is considered gray-market. It hauls and looks awesome.
Of course being a 16yr old car it does have some stonechips and scratches as is normal for it's age.
Goes 290km/h as tested on Autobahn in June of this year

E-mail me at mdymek@sympatico.ca

car looks in good shape. Would like to see some interior pics. Why is its not transfered to you yet? Have you gone through the steps to get the car legal in canada?

Car is legal in Canada. I haven't had time to transfer it as I am swamped at work and also trying to arrange the whole move to the US.
If I register it then I will pass the cost of taxes/plates/sticker to the buyer. As it stands now, the buyer would have to pay tax on $5k or on the purchase price.
