I installed a drl on a chevy express van and total cost for my customer was $130. plus CT gave them a free inspection from what my customer told me. $250 is way too mush

Update:

I found someone on a Mazda forum who would do it for cheap $75

Unfortunately my wife had already taken the car to CDN Tire the same morning. They charged her $190 (taxes in) and set her orange 'blinker' (indicator) lights as her DRL's (which is legal). Whatever... one time expense - guess thats the way I have to look at it.

Thanks to all of you who gave your suggestions/opinions. My DRL dilemna is over!
