Issue with key or cylinder

Sometimes when I go to start my car the key just turns freely in the cylinder.
Have to play with it.
Is it the key or cylinder????

Likely both. A code cut/factory cut key may help the matter if your key is very worn but the wear on the lock could require a replacement eventually.

PM me for your sidewinder (laser cut) key blank and cutting needs. Have OEM pre-ews keys and replacement shells. Can do (almost) all BMWs up to 2008!

http://www.euroluxuryauto.com/ these guys are pretty good with keys...i had that oproblem before...you need a new cylinder, pretty soon u wont be able to lock your door. however if you cant get inside your car, and the key in the cylinder keeps turning and turning. you can get inside the car from your truck...theres a latch at the top of the back seat to fold down the chairs.
