E36 budget suspension?

Hey guys,

I just bought an E36 328i about a month ago, and so far I'm loving it! The suspension is pretty worn out though, so I wanted to look into what it would take to refresh it. Does anyone have any recommendations for maybe $1-1.5k budget? I guess this would include dampers, springs, and bushings if I'm lucky (I'm sure there are a tonne I need to replace). Is this too small of a budget? What parts would have the biggest effect for a refresh?

Also I heard these BC coilovers were pretty good. Thoughts? Only problem is getting them in Canada (Toronto) would be way more expensive than that list price. Any supplier recommendations for Toronto?

Thanks!

I got a set of raceland coilovers for my e36. Contrary to what many have to say about them, they held up and are still holding up now, a good 4 years after having them installed. They ride a little rougher than most, but for the price I paid I can't argue with what I got. I didn't buy them from any supplier though, it was another max member who bought them and had them shipped but then decided to go a different direction so I got a pretty good deal on them. If you are looking for something on the cheaper side and are not tracking your car, I'd say Racelands all the way

For an E36, Bilstein PSS, no doubt. We sell these for several hundreds less than the cheapest BC kit we carry and, well, it's real Bilstein. PM, email, or call me for pricing. www.stancefactory.com
