preloading suspension parts?



hey, ok i have new springs,shocks,control arms,tie rods, shock mounts, sway bar links and control arm bushings. i heard something about preloading suspension parts. the car is in the air right now, which parts do i need to tighten now and which do i wait untill the full weight of the car is on them to tighten? hope someone knows about this. thanks for any help.

I have changed all of the above, and they were all tightened on the hoist.
The one exception was my front upper camber mounts witch where tightened on the alignment rack.
