ECIS CAI Intake system with Shark Injector

I am trying to convince my dad to get this for his car, but he is worried it may void the factory warranty. I know the shark injector software can be taken put on and taken off the car with a push of a button, but what about the intake system? Does it void any kind of the bmw warranty?

Can anyone shed some light on this?

I think all aftermarket intakes void warranty. Some, like Dinan, offers a supplemental warranty. Check out

Don't know about Carbonio though.

Software Upgrades other than Dinan will void BMW warranty. A Cold Air intake won't void warranty but some dealership service dept's give people shit about the CAI tho.
