Gas Prices in the Summer

What do you guys think its gonna get to? Im gonna leave this poll open (with the mods blessing) for a couple days, and we'll see who's right. The number we're guessing at is the toronto average gas price for 87, as stated on http://www.torontogasprices.com/

Honestly, i have no problem believing it'll hit 1.50$+

Feel free to post reasons/rants, and advice for conserving gas if you like. I plan to do a lot of bitching, but still a lot of flooring

Today, the average is 106.901

West coast gas prices cleared 3.20$ a gallon a while ago, that's why you gotta do a poll for one specific city

edit: today's gas price is 3.31 c/gallon in CAD, or 2.92 US/Gal. You guys in the US are lucky

I don't care about the gas prices... I just fill up and go... I never really complain cuz what good is that gonna do? Give me an ulcer for caring about it when it won't make a difference anyway? Why do you guys care about paying an extra $5-$10 per tank? You guys seriously make that much of a deal over that much money? I bet you waste much more cash doing other dumb things than having to buy gas at a higher price.

10$ a tank, filling up 1.5 times a week is nearly 800$ a year. Besides, I complain about everything anyway.

Price in gallons usually divided by 3.785 gives you cost in litres.

ie: $4/gallon (where New York was going ape shit over it) equates to approximately $1.05/L

eh, I will be driving the 4cyl camry most of the summer, which is awsome on gas. It will suck when I have to fill up the Porsche or C70 though.

First off, ulcers have (in recent years) been found to be caused by a virus.... NOT stress as previously believed.

Also, I am a commuter. I fill up between 2 and 5 times weekly. So let's average that at 3.5 fills a week.

3.5 x $10 = $35 x 52 weeks = $1820 (on average) I think I am justified in complaining.

if your biggest concern is the price of gas when it comes to cars, than you shouldn't drive.

Oh ya!! just drove by the Sunoco at 14th and McCowan and the sign said 203.5. They propably screwed up the sign, but just imagine that.

They mentioned on Z103 at some country wehre the gov't subsadizes the gas or something they pay 4 cents a litre. That's baller shit..

I stick 87 in my car so at least I don't have to pay for premium, but it's still a big difference for me, I'm not a baller like Mitch here, I just work part time and am paying for all my car expenses and some others while going to school, so an extra 10 bucks per week is like 40 a month, money I could've saved or something..
