Official durham euro meet thread

So here's the plan. Some of us can't make it out to the meets in Toronto. Durham is maturing out of its GM phase, thank god, so why not rep the euros a little. anything and everything Euro. I'm going to post on audizine, mbworld, and vwvortex. If anyone else can think of a none generic fourm then feel free to copy and paste.

First meet are as follows

Thursday September 3rd at 8:00PM

Salem and hwy2 - NW corner at the old target. Beside Costco.

Obviously this isn't just for Durham but a relatively low key location where we shouldn't be bugged. If anyone wants to make the drive from the rest of the gta well the more merrier.

Did you get any traction with this? I'll be moving to Durham in a few weeks, and will be looking for a closer meet since I won't be downtown anymore.

I'll be in North "Poshawa" but anywhere in Durham should be fine.

There are weekly meets (all makes) at the Toys R Us in Pickering (Brock Rd). I suggest you hit that up, a few of us show there on occasion.

It's a general car meet, not one I host or have organized, but figured just piggy back on since it's all makes anyway.

Thursday evenings, usually 8p to 11p or so?
My schedule this summer has been particularly tough, so I'm not there as often as I'd like to be, but there are a few of the others that do come out, and even the non-Bimmer crowd is usually a friendly bunch.

Anyone still have interest in meeting up in Durham? Not much going on lately so it would be cool to meet some peeps with liked interests and talk cars. Maybe a Saturday night might make it simple for most people within Durham to attend.

there are usually Tue and Thu meets every week at 1899 Brock Rd in Pickering.

Tomorrow (May 6), there's also the True North season opener in Markham. There is a durham (TN POWA) premeet at 10a, at the McD at the above address.

Unfortunately I won't be able to attend.
