Quick answers please....

well time to have my brakes all done on my 02 330... I was told that only the dealership supplies the parts for the front brakes? Is it true? they quoted me $700 for all the brakes...Also if I was to have my b/f do my brakes he was wonderign if there was anything different abotu my brakes that he shoudl know?( I told him I heard that there was a brake sensor that the dealership knew what they awere talkign abotu but I didnt)

IS there any online places you reccommend that I can buy the brake pads and rotors from ?

Check out E46Fanatics DIY Brake pad replacement:

That should help him out a lot. If you need to change or machine the rotors that's another story.

Look for the dustless pads from Axis or Hawk. Many different options out there so do some research to pad type and performance that you want.
