Summer Nostalgia (Fall Cruise Footage)

Feeling pretty nostalgic these days. Also, procrastinating. I made a short edit out of some video I took with my gopro last summer and included a bunch of footage from the cruise in Muskoka. Check it out, let me know what you think. I'm trying to get better at video editing so I appreciate any advice I really want to get a gimbal to take some smoother shots

Thanks! The sunny footage with the roof down is from the fall cruise in Muskoka. Along Mortimers Pt Rd mostly. My SD card filled up soon after so I didn't get as much footage of the cruise as I would've liked to. The footage from inside the car is going along River Rd between Terra Nova and Hornings Mills. Really cool area with tons of Wind Turbines.

When you have the camera on the back, like you did for the fall cruise elements... it needs to be a bit higher. I mean it's great to see you and your car, but would be fun to see the cars in front of you. Your windshield frame and rearview mirror cut the view of the other cars.

Otherwise, nice video! Coming out for the Spring Cruise?

Yea you're totally right, it's not the best angle. I was experimenting and thought I would try combining the Jaws mount with my suction cup to get a higher angle. Problem with it though is it was super shakey so had to zoom in quite a bit to smooth it. If I was to find a way to mount it higher I would probably need a big tripod or something to keep it stable enough haha I'll probably just mount it on the windshield next time. Also, I didn't have it set up for getting footage of other cars because I had no idea I was going to run into you guys on Southwood Rd and end up tagging along haha

Thanks man I really hope I can make it to the spring cruise. I'll know for sure once the date is set
