2002 745 code 0363 misfire detected fueling disabled

I need help to understand and repair.
I own an 2002 745 that has recently been giving me problems. Originally got code 0363 misfire detected, code P1353 misfire cylinder 6 fuel cut off, code P1347 misfire cylinder 3 with fuel cut off.
I replaced the plugs and one of the coils that was burned a bit, checked all the cylinders to verify fire and all look good. when I erase the code with the engine running it runs smoothly for a few seconds and the codes return. For some reason it keeps cutting off the fuel. I would really appreciate any help
