I take mine to Techmax.
I haven't found another shop that is that familliar with the 8series.
Every other shop (dealer included) I have shown my car to have made me feel like part of an experiment.
Their service and prices excellent and they are just a great bunch of guys. I actually find myself looking forward to going there!
But after hearing all the praise about bimmersport I think I might try them out as well.

Yesterday had my first visit to RMP Motors. They provided impeccable service with a high level of knowledge, most likely the best mechanic experience I've had.

RMP are beyond reproach, efficient, knowledgeable, informative, immaculate shop, and affordable. I drove from Hamilton! Yes!...it's worth the trip to Bolton, I'd drive to Barrie to have my baby serviced by Rocco and Co..

Bimmersport is a clean environment with friendly experienced personnel. We 7 series professional members and BMW Minis's only take our cars there. We trust Charlie and his staff to treat our cars with respect and courtesy.
Keep up the excellent service "Bimmersport" you have our business for many years to come

Looks like a tough battle between RMP and Bimmersport! I'll need to take my newly acquired E30 to a shop soon to get some suspension and other work done, so it will be a tough call. I guess an email is in order to both places to compare prices!
Just FYI, I did contact a few places recently to get pricing info to replace my clutch, and BMW of Mississauga was able to provide the best price and good service to boot! I still want to try one of the above independents though.

I have been known to be a mechanic shop hoe, but however bimmersport has done me good justice jus even the advice and other shop referals thanks CHARLIE.

bimmersport all the way. i've known and dealt with charlie since he was at chuck's auto. and have had many jobs done on mine and my brother's bimmers. and never had a problem dealing with charlie
he's very knowledgeable and patient. and i will always recommend him to anyone
