Camera advice???
I'm the market for a digital camera. Can't afford a DSLR right now and I don't think I really have the experience to make the most of one anyways. I'm looking at the $400-$500 range and have really take a liking to the Canon S3-1S. Does anybody have any input on this camera, or any alternate recommendations?
Also one general question. Can you adjust shutter speed on a camera like this or is this only on an option on a DSLR? I like the effect when taking pictures of moving lights at night and seeing the streak (like taillights steaking red lines down a street).
