NO MATTER WHAT DONT GET Upsolute! Worst customer service ever!!!! I was charged a service fee of $150 for trying their software.
Even though they specify on their website a 30 day satisfaction gurantee it's not true
. I asked for them to put my car back to stock within 30 days and they refused to refund me the full amount. BTW I refunded it because they promised me they would have my rev limiter increased but they were unable to. Words can't even describe the guy who's supposedley in charge of "canadian operations". He's nothing but a crook and will go great lengths to get your money.
I gave this guy the opportunity to resolve the problem and when he couldnt I asked thim to refund it. Right off the bat he said he's keeping $150 and he's not arguing about it end of story. When I questioned him and his 30 day satisfaction gurantee he then took it personal, flipped out on me and then stooped to the levels of a 7 yr old. He insulted me and my car numerous times. He told me my car is the equivalent to a handicap child and nothing can be done to help it LOL I couldnt believe the shit I was hearing out this guys mouth. This was just one of many
insults he threw at me. Obviously at this point I was left with no choice but to stoop to his levels. I felt like a punk all over again LOL A 7yr old at a juice stand could offer 100x better customer service. When i asked him to justify the $150 he said it was for wasting his time and likes to call it a "service fee". The funny thing is, I met him at a location where they were already doing somebody else's car BUYER BEWARE.
These arent the guys you want to do business with.
At the end of the day I only got back $450 and I went with Mark D's software. It's much better and I felt lot better doing business with somebody who is knowledgable and shows passion for what they do. Most importantly I felt good about having his software in my car and I didn't feel buyers remorse after doing so like i did with the other guys.
