E46's are a lot beefier than their predecessors, so i personally think 19's look the best on E46's if your going for style, but if you want style and performance, go 17-18 unless your grabbing some leightweight wheels!

Congrats on the purchase! I agree, for looks, definitely go with 19s. In terms of the CSL rims, just in case you don't know, you'll have to go with replicas as the OEM rears won't fit. I believe you can get all 4 fronts and it will work but someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Theres a lot of guys running 19's on their E46's and i'm pretty sure you can even fit 20's with a lowered vehicle and not have rubbing issues, you just need to make sure you have the correct offset. The replica CSL's shouldn't have any clearence issues on E46's!

you wont rub with CSL replicas, their offsets are perfect... you can put on 265 tiresssss too without rubbing because you have a coupe.. 19 CSLs look nice, go for it.. congrats on the purchase.. visit e46toronto.ca for more e46s info..

I always recomend PSS 9's for suspension, but thats also because i'm very biased. I had PSS 9's on my 325 and i've driven similar cars with coilover setups and i found the PSS 9's the best. However, only go for the PSS 9's if you plan on taking advantage of the adjustable shock settings (meaning if you plan on hitting the track). If not go for the regular PSS' they're still a great setup!
