Like the top says, these are brand new, never driven on, 2 piece they were put on my car but have never left the body shop. they are in MINT condition. Also the tires that are on there are Pirelli P-Zero tires that are also brand new, labels still on the tires.
There will be no negotiation on price, they have the brushed finish with polished lips. they are definaltey one of a kind.
