Business CD Radio

Okay, so yesterday I was cruising up to my GF's place and I wanted to switch out a CD. I hit the eject button and I start to hear clicking and nothing comes out. Then I can hear the CD start to spin inside and it sounds like as the CD is spinning it is hitting something as it makes like a grinding noise. Now the cd player still works because if I try to play the CD, it plays it no problem, it just sounds like the deck is falling apart as it spins and it won't eject that CD. Anyone have issues with these decks? Is it time for a new deck???

Eject mechanism could be defective? Or, if you are using a CDR, the label, if present, could have gotten caught on the way out of the deck?

^^^no CDR....it was an original CD. I just didn't want to go with an aftermarket deck cuz the design of the radio is kinda round so I don't know how an aftermarket deck would look on it. Anyone have an aftermarket deck on their E46??? Also, if I go that route...what a good deck right now? Not crazy expensive, but nothing cheap either (I'm not good when it comes to the stereo stuff)
