It is the AERO Kit (M-sport/M-Tech bumper is different on E92).
On the front, Aero spoiler is just an add-on lip and not the whole bumper (look closely at the photos), but on the rear you get a full new Aero bumper.

There is also an optional aero spoiler, but not many people like it.

M-tech is available in europe (full bumper replacement front and back and side skirts), but not in North America yet.

Aero is dealer installed, M-tech is factory.
