ya i tried so many times to take it off, taking a rag some soap and water and trying my best to take it off and it doesnt want to come off. i went to a indoor car wash a couple of times to try to take care of it there but still no results. but i think im going to try out the blu stuff first because i heard it will do the job.

For the record, that happened because the lips are bare polished metal, without a clearcoat. If you want to protect the rims from salt in the future, get a wheel refinishing shop to clearcoat them.

his shop can send ure rims off..they can even fix them if the polish stuff i told u to use doesnt work...
and trust me. my situation was worse..the strut bar was a dull metal and new was polished ...sooo the stuff i used took all the dullness off..left a nice shine...i think the stuff is called nu blue or somethin..the stuff ure talkin bout sounds like it...even though it looks old dont worry it will worl amazing
