Alarm Question!

I want to put an alarm.
I was quoted $250 at Future Shop, viper alarm with keyless entry.
Would you not recommend Future Shop like my brother?
Does the price seem about right?
Who would you recomend?

viper does make good alarms, but too many people have the keys for them...
But as for future shop, i cannot stand those guys lol some do good work. Most tho do half ass jobs.
I have had to re-do a bunch of the work they have done.

As for the price being havnt told us much about the alarm is it one way , two way pager? remote start? feats of the alarm.... window roll up?

tell me more and i can help you out!! lol

Oh yeah, it's a one way, with keyless entry, so the sounds, start kill, signals flashing (or maybe park lights), basic stuff I guess.
I might get a starter if it's not too much more expensive.

Any DIY for alarms? In my Toyota celica I installed it myself and it worked perfectly.

Ah sweet you're from London. All Electronic Solutions in the Wonderland business plaza. Do not go to Future Shop. I'm actually going there today to get my remote start/alarm installed. It's just 2 guys and they definatly know a lot about alarms and audio. Highly recommend them.
