That is absolutly insane!
I would have had those idiots realize that the customer is ALWAYS right. I dosen't matter if the customer is wrong. Especially when you are buyin' a luxo/sport car that is worth much more than the average car. Me personally I take my car to a small shop that works strictly on BMW's and MB's. Screw the over priced dealerships!!!
