I went to Durham parts only once, back in the summer. The guy was absolutely great, in fact it was one of the few dealers in the GTA who gave me anything other than poor service (especially Parkview). The only other place where I liked the CS was Maranello, their parts team and management were very impressive.

The best customer service is at BMW mississauga in Service, Tania Nour is very helpful and takes care of you well.  For private shops, I think JB or Charlie at Bimmersport is #1.

lol i work at tim hortons and it took me more than a year to remember what to punch on the cashing machine. Just when i learnt everything,...they just changed the whole damn system again
