Lowered suspension

This is kind of a basic question, how do I tell if I have a dropped set of springs? They're obviously not stock as they're red springs but the car was purchased with thim by my dad back when he owned it and didn't bother to ask. Being a small shop in germany I can't exactly call them up. Maybe you can tell from my sig but is there any certain measurement from edge of fender to center of hub with the weight taken off?
