Yea, you are another sucker who did not give us the $ 75 lighted option. A BMW key is shameful without the light

Just joking with you guys, I would not pay $ 75 bucks for a key

Believe it or not, I have a Viper alarm on my 87 325is which is about 13 years old. I loved the thing so much, I installed it and removed it from 5 cars.

It was one of the first to have the whole package with remote locking, dome light supervision, remote starting, starter disable, alarm of course with radar protection. the only option was missing and was an addon was window roll up/down.

I got so so used to remote locking, I can't ever see myself using a door key again and will put a digital coding switch system to start my car like the e90.

I remember a woman once stopped me a night with her car lights on. She told me she locked the doors and could not get in again.

I said did you lock the keys in the car and she said no, the batteries in my remote is bad and it won't unlock the car.

She gave me the remote and keys, and as I opened the door with the key she got red with embarassment, she forgot all about the key, being so used to the remote.

No I did not try to get into her pants you dirty minded lizards.
