No, 330's have larger brakes which won't clear a 16" rim. You need at least 17".

I have a set (4) of style 73's OEM 17's (came stock on non sports package 330's) with Pierelli 210 Snowsports I'll let go for cheap. PM me if interested

heres what I wrote in another thread:

hey, I have FS a set of style 73 OEM rims with Pirelli Snowsport 210 tires used for 1.5 winters. These wheels came stock on non sports package e46 330's so obviously they fit. They are 205/55/17. 2 of the rims are rashed pretty bad because my dad slid into a curve and the tires I think have belt shifted (2 of them, the ones on the rashed rims). I'm an honest seller and don't hide anything, so PM me if you're interested

BTW we bought these at Budds, and they sold and still sell for 2500 + tax

There are a few 16'' wheels that are made differently to fit over 330 brakes.

No normal 16'' would fit thou, but it is possible.

Yes, there are a few 16" rims made to clear the 330i brakes. Tirerack has one.

in order for this to be possible, the inner part of the rim where the caliper would fit would have to be "indented" about an inch. This makes sense, however, what I want to know his how you mount the rubber on afterwards? Also, if your tire loses alittle air or you hit a big pothole, it would make it really easy to damage the rim and tire. Anyone have pics of the design of this rim????

The barrel of the rim is different, it just doesn't have a hump in the place of most other wheels....and also its not an inch, it actually only has to be .5'' father in since this is a circle. The hump just has to be modified strategically so it doesn't touch the caliper.

well, I just got a set of used 17" OE wheels with winter rubber. I don't see what the big deal is....its not like the price difference betwen a 16 inch tire and a 17 inch tire is that much anyways. Just get the 17s!!!

Rodo: Why do you have 55 series tires...those 17s should take 45s

because thats how they come as a package, but I think it is because since its 205/55 not 225/45 because its narrower, you have to go with a bigger sidewall. I think thats how it works, to keep the same aspect

^^I would think 205 would be alittle too narrow for the 7.5 wide rim???? I'm not too knowledgeable when it comes to rubber.
