Tokico Premium Hp Blue Shocks/springs

I have an 1987 325i BMW and i bought this Shock/Spring kit of ebay the lin is http://cgi.ebay.ca/TOKICO-HP-SHOCKS-...QQcmdZViewItem but the problem i had was i installed it and couple months later i notice that i was able to spin the front spring with my hand while on the car and that wasn't good i think. I think it should be compress with shock which it was but i guess after awhile something happened so what can i do to fix this problem? Do they sell shorter struts so it will compress the spring more?
