Glove box flashlight? *pic*

I was inside my dash a while ago and i found that someone had dropped one of these and never bothered to try and get it back:



Does the e30 have the charging bay somewhere in the glovebox for this? or is that an e36 thing?

Yes they do, open the glove box and look on its left side, it plugs there! Nice find!

lol sweet!


plugged it in and tried the switch...no light...but maybe it just takes a bit to charge....

does the engine need to be on to charge it? (battery drain?)

That light won't work on your e30! you should immediately give that to me! lol, nice find!

make sure the bulb isnt blown, but im sure after all the time back there, the batteries are no good... may want to replace those... but give it a day of driving... see what happens

drove it for a day...no light...does the bulb pull out? what a useful little bugger this will be!
