No power getting to the blower motor..

Trying to figure out what the problem with my blower motor is, the motor itself works (checked on the batt.)
The blue wire that attaches to the motor (assume its power) has no power, both wires brown and blue are ground!
My question is..what # fuse runs blower motor? and is there any relay for it I should check?
