who cares, its just like watching a motorcycle race a Ferrari. its a tricked-out GSXR1000 engine in there, what do you expect? the SMART car weighs close to nothing anyways, just like a bike.

so the SMART was 0.11 seconds ahead of the Ferrari at 400 meters. about 2 seconds later, i guarantee you the Ferrari will catch up and fly past it... and the SMART will never regain on it.

I'm not impressed. Many heavily modded cars do MUCH better than 13.29. There are rice rockets that pull 9s.

Lets put just as many mods into the Ferrari and see what happens. Apples with apples.

Apples with apples would be cost to cost, not mod to mod.

If I start with a $30,000 car and put in $20,000 in mods, then a $50,000 should not be able to put in $20,000 in mods to make it even.
