The infamous E30 "is" lip.

My car, like a lot of E30's, lost its "is" lip somewhere, sometime, somehow.

I've been searchin' the weeeeb to find another one and, specifically, to get a feel of how much I'd have to shell out to get one. I wasn't able to find a ballpark price. Before I start calling all over the place, I figured one of you guys MUST have had to buy an "is" lip once or twice. So, if you're one of those guys, how much did you pay?

Thanks!

From the dealer its over $300!!! And used is just imposible to find! I have a fiberglass replica of that lip (bolts on, instead of clips) so its much harder to fall off! Price is $125 plus shipping.

Great. Does it have a straight style or the cut-out style?

By the way, you should build up that website of yours!

Its an exact replica of the "is" lip, not the small "i" one...
You are right about the site...I have to get that done ASAP...

You can get the euro m tech lip from any eurocar parts store in the UK. Just look for the phone number or website in any PBMW mag of Total BMW mag. They are sweet front lips and are only 38 pound so under a hundred bucks. I've got one on order in Glasgow that I was supposed to pick up while I was there but I decided not to get it since I am selling my 325

Under 100 bucks, but that's before shipping and duties, right? How much does it come to when you factor in those amounts and taxes?
