If I buy the Carbon Cluster Trim Will The Chrome Gauge Rings Still Fit?

the CF bezel goes in place first. Then the chrome rings.

you might have to actually save a bit off the inner of the CF bezel though, if its too tight it might make the CF bezel bubble later on. just a heads up
