Yup, same here... love this mod, since I do a lot of night driving out in the country with my highbeams on. I did the superfogs upgrade in my foglights as well... lights up the night like daytime. But it's a bit of a stress on your electrical system / alternator.. especially if you have a dinky 4 banger under the hood. Keep in mind it's illegal in most provinces/states to have more than 4 white lights pointing forward at any time.

Lowbeams = 100-110w
Highbeams = 200w
Foglights = 100w-110w
City lights = 10w-20w
My angel eyes are another 150w too.

So having all that lighting on (for me) is 590w. Not to mention fender repeaters always on, parking lights, and whatnot.

Disable your city lights! 10w savings = less alternator usage = more HP!

apparently the pre 96 didnt have the DLR relay in them and are hard wired in there. which means cutting and splicing wires to get it working.

and the US Relay can be ordered from any BMW dealership. just bring them the part number and they should order it, no questions asked. i got mine at the mississauga dealership. costs around $34 or so.
and to the thing is right under ur speedo, so u have to take that out and replace the thing.
i spent over an hour trying to get it inside.
