Problem opening passenger door?

Hi guys: I've been having a problem opening the passenger side door on my 98 328. When I pull on the door handle, the door refuses to open, and the only way I can really get is opened is if I push the door in slightly with my knee while I pull on the handle. The driver side is starting to do the same thing now, but not as bad as the passenger side. Has anybody else experienced this problem? Any suggestions on what might be causing this and how I can fix this problem?

The good side to having this problem is that the chicks love it, cause I usually end up opening the door for them... and end up looking like such a "gentlemen"... lol

The door is probably not aligned properly. Check the hinged, they move up and down, undo the bolts slightly then have someome lift the door and then you tighten them. Or could also be the lock latch part that is too high.

to add to that .. the reason is probably because the door pins are shot.. is it a 2door? usually the heavier coupe doors , have this problem.. make them feel heavy and sometimes dont shut properly all the time.
