that's the only difference. the rieger infinity side skirts are taller, and don't have the jack holes. The style is a bit different.
note that also means jacking up your car, or putting it on a hoist will require extensions for your pucks, otherwise the arms will crush the skirts. Additionally, the bottom part of the skirts won't be protected by anything, so if you happen to hit the side of your skirt against a curb, it will likely crack. Just precautions to keep in mind, but still nice skirts.
edit: fil beat me to it.

they don't stick out.. but yes, if you take a corner too quick it'd be your skirt and rim.
If a speedbump is too high though... then it'll be your skirts alone.

Not really, the subframe and exhaust are lower then the sides so if you do hit a speedbump they will make contact first...

^ yes, that is true. Even with my ACS skirts, which are an inch or so below the stock rocker panels, I never scraped them.
The only time I scraped the passenger side, was when I was turning right on a small street, too close to the snowbank.. I couldn't quite tell where it was, so I kinda went over it.
other than that, I think you got nothing to worry about.

That's odd... I was changing shocks/struts for a friend a few months back, his passenger side skirt got torn off, the damage looked kinda bad because he had it installed by a shop that moulded it to his fenders. The drivers side skirt was damaged at the front wheel well too, but it was repairable. He said it got torn off going over a speed bump a bit too fast. I'm not sure who made the side skirts though. What is the height of the Infinity side skirts?
