I'd just fill it with water (with a little salt mixed in) trickle charge it for a couple of hours, test it to see if it has 12 volt's. If it does then it's still good, flush it and get the electrolite changed.
If you had it sitting on a cement floor for 2 years don't bother plates are done & you'll risk it blowing up as mentioned before if you leave the cell caps on while charging.
