Lightbulb Low beam bulbs blowing...

I have DEPO headlights that I bought from www.umnitza.com (very shitty site, I received VERY poor service and the angel eyes in my headlights dont even WORK ) keep on blowing low beam bulbs. Honestly like once every 2 months one goes, and its getting both annoying and expensive. Does anyone have any suggestions of what I can do to stop this? I'm using the Eurolite H1 Xenon bulbs right now...

Call Matt @ Umnitza

I've had nothing but good dealings with them.

well, you mentioned running Xenon bulbs... the DEPO's require H1 Halogen bulbs (unless you have an HID kit). that might be your problem!

There's your problem.. stop using Eurolite wanna-be xenon bulbs. If you notice they are higher wattage than the halogen bulbs that the circuit is designed for. Your low beam bulbs should be 50w, the Eurolites are 55w. Also, they are of poor design and known for blowing easily. If you insist on getting hyperwhite bulbs, look into Polarg, Raybrig, or Silverstars. Stay away from Eurolite, or Nokya.

Eurolite bulbs suck.

Osram Silverstar or non tinted PIAA bulbs are where it's at.

APC also makes good "super white" xenon bulbs, had a pair of them in my car for like a year and a half mayber longer b4 any bulb blew. I still have the highbeams which were in my old car, in my bmw now.

eurolites are cheap ass crap bulbs as mentioned. I bought one set a year or two ago, they lasted me a week. Granted i spent like 5 bucks on the pair, but well thats what i get for buying cheap crap.
