No, I don't pay duty or brokerage. They will get delivered right across the border at the post office, I will drive over with my stock ones taken out in the afternoon and put those in. I would do the same if I bought yours.
I'm not willing to go much higher than $100. I need it shipped to 98281 if you would like to check up on shipping to add that in to the total.
Hope you don't feel it is a lowball, I think it is a fair price for a set of Xenon's that don't come with warranty.
Oh and I know you said, "don't tell me you saw that price on ebay", Ebay prices are still better than yours and they come with a 1 year warranty. From a reputable ebay shop.
