Sway Bar links

Anyone replace these recently? I plan on doing this in the next few days if I can get hold of the parts.

Dealer quotes are $80+/each!! Crazy! For the Lemfoerder models which is what I want.

Anyone buy these recently locally for a better price? I don't want to order from the States unless I have to. $30US is what I'm seeing the go for before shipping etc...

Here's the part # for my 98 328i (fronts only). Feel free to give me prices guys!!!

Zimmie,

Can you give me more info on what you can get? Manufacturer and model #? Also, any idea if you can get adjustable links? Just in case I end up getting a different sway bar in the future.

E36 M3 links are different for the record.

Thanks for looking out.

Rico

rico.. I changed my front ones around 6 months ago now. I'll be pulling them out soon though, since I need the M3 links to mount up my M3 sways. If you don't mind lightly used links, let me know.

the manufacture of the OEM ones are Lemfoerder, if u want cheaper ones, i can get u Ocap once which are lke almost the half the price of the Lemfoerders. And Yea E36 M3 uses a totaly different Link.

For washer pumps (e46) u looking @ $25 before taxes, its not OEm (VDO) but its fits lke OEM and works lke OEM with 1yr warranty (dunno who makes it). For E46 M3 links for $54 Each before taxes. Damn M parts are stupidly over priced.

Do new swaybar links make your car handle any better. I know mine are worn and my car leans way too much. If new links will make a noticeable difference i will order them, if not i'll get new swaybars. Obviously new links would be way cheaper so i'm tempted to try them first.

Zimmie - the headlight washer pump is bigger and usually more expensive than the windshield washer pump.. let me know.

fas1eddy - yes, it makes quite a big difference when cornering.
