How much does a windshield cost?
I need to replace the windshield of my car. It's a 2000 E46 Cabrio. Please advice a price for OEM or aftermarket price. Thank You

I got my 2000 E46 cab windshield done last year.
Cost me about $220with new molding, aftermarket.

Car: 2004 BMW 330Ci ZHP M Performance, E46 M3 cabrio, 650i cabrio, and various other Audi S cars.

$360 for BMW windshield and $33 for moulding that needs replacement everytime you replace a windshield. Thats from the dealer.
This sucks.

lol wasn't me...best friend's cousin changing knob on his 325 coupe clean hit the windshield left a nice spider crack in it

pooor guy!
I hate it man. to dump $500+ just because of stupidity.
I guess it needed to be changed anyways. I had a couple of nice stone chips, and lots of little craters.

yeah, I was in your boat too! the windshield is sooo weak!
I was replacing the windshield wiper blades with these nice slim design ones I bought from parkview, and holding the arm an inch off the glass without the blade attached, it slipped out of my fingers, and tapped the glass. I had to look twice because I couldn't believe the arm tapping the glass that gently could of caused so much damage!
Makes me wonder, if its really worth going for the factory glass or not! aftermarket might be stronger, and resist chipping better!

ouch..sorry about that man... you wanna do something good and at the end you do more harm then good   .. do you also have lots of sone chips on ur front bumper,hood,fenders ???? since we got BLACK you can see them more
